Pamper Evening Essentials

Sunday, 1 February 2015

A pamper evening always puts me in a good, yet relaxing mood. I try to have them have often as I can.

I start by having a hot bubble bath and using some lovely smelling products.

| I like to use a Lush product if I can, in this case a crumbled a bit of Candy Mountain into my bath, this created a pink bath and left my skin feeling super soft. I also added Zoella's Soak Opera to add a bit more bubble to my bath.
I also put on this No7 headband to keep the hair out of my face and for the hot bath to cleanse my face.

| I like to use exfoliating gloves with an exfoliating scrub. A favourite of mine is Soap and Glory's Scrub Of Your Life. These two together left my skin very soft and smooth.

| After every bath I always moisturise, lately I've been in love with Ted Bakers Body Souffle, it has a beautiful fragrance and gives your skin a deep moisturise.

This time I wanted a natural nail look, it's that time of year where I never know whether to wear dark or light colours on my nails.

| I like to file and buff my nails firstly, then I push my cuticles down and apply some cuticle cream.

| On this day I decided to paint my nails with Nails Inc's South Molton Street, which is a light candy floss colour.

| Then before I got to bed I apply hand cream, my favourite to use is Soap and Glory's Hand Food.

I love to try and keep my facial skin looking clear and fresh as possible.

| I use Nivea's cleansing milk and then Garnier's Miscellar Water with a cotton pad.

 |Then I use St Ives Facial Scrub, this is a gentle face scrub, but not too gentle, it's a perfect balance.

| A face mask is an essential, it benefits your skin so much, it can add moisture, remove oil, tightens pores, exfoliates and reduces redness and puffiness.

| After all these remedies moisturising is probably the most important step. I've been using Nivea's Regenerating Night Cream.

After all that pampering snuggling into some cute pj's, slipper socks and dressing gown is perfection.
