Review: Sleek Blusher

Hey everyone.

I finally caved after hearing such great stuff about Sleek and purchased a blush.
I always had a thing of very pink blushes, but I needed to branch out of the habit so I decided to do on a hunt for a sort of nude colour blush and went straight to the Sleek counter and fell in love with this blush in Suede 921.

I apply this blush with a Real Techniques Blush Brush and it goes on so smoothly with the combination, this is my new favourite blush and I cannot recommend it enough for all skin colours.

Do you recommend any Sleek blushes?!

Peace Out.

Review: Primark Beauty French Nails

Hey everyone.

I have a bit of a confession...I'm the biggest sucker for false nails, I know some people absolutely love them and others absolutely hate them; but for me I feel it's a right of a teenage girls passage too try them at least once.

I started wearing false nails when I was about 11 or 12 years old, some people would probably think it's too young of an age but at the time everyone at school was wearing them to I wanted to naturally join the trend. I'm 18 now so as you could probably imagine, I've been through plenty of brands.

I saw a lot of good things said about these ones from Primark, I saw they were a pound which made me think twice after paying a lot of money in the past for them. I caved a decided to buy a pack and I'm thoroughly pleased with them.

The actual nails themselves are really good quality and long lasting, the glue is just like something you'd pay around £3 for at a drugstore and all together they're a great and super affordable product, they last for 5-7 days and the packaging is fantastic, easy to travel around with you.

Do you like false nails?!

Peace Out.

Review: Lush Lip Scrub

Hey everyone.

This review is about my favorite Lush lips scrub in Mint:

I really do love Lush's lip scrub because they're just brilliant. They leave you lips feeling so silky smooth and soft!

It appears it's made up of sugar and mint flavourings, what a combination; it works so well.

I take some onto my finger and swirl the mixture around my lips, as you start to feel less sugar on your lips it's time to lick away the excess mixture left on your lips.
It tastes like ice cream, what more could you want?! A lip scrub that makes your lips smooth as a babys bottom and tastes like ice cream.

The price of this product is £5.50, so a reasonable price of this and it also lasts for about a year, depending on how much you use the scrub.

Do you have a Lush recommendations for me to check out?!

Peace Out.

Gift Guide: Mothers Day

Hey everyone.

Mothers Day is approaching so I thought it was good timing to put a gift guide up and hopefully help and give you all some ideas.

Lush have come out with a lovely Mothers Day range and they have all varieties and price ranges for gifts- https://www.lush.co.uk/category/429

My favourite in particular is this product: Rose bubble bar. £2.95

Keeping to the body range theme another good gift would be something from Sanctuary Spa which you can purchase at Boots- http://www.boots.com/en/Sanctuary-Spa/

I think this would be such a great gift to give: Sanctuary Spa Me Time Spa Treats. £10.50

You can never go wrong with a perfume on Mothers Day. My pick is Estee Lauder's Youth Dew, a timeless classic: http://www.boots.com/en/Estee-Lauder-Youth-Dew-Eau-de-Parfum-Spray-28ml_4783/  £24.99

If you're on a budget I find the best place to go is Card Factory, they have so many amazing affordable gifts. http://www.cardfactory.eu.com/shop-by-occasion/price_min/1/rows/12/occasion_ids/Mothers%20Day,#refine=true&page=1&page_id=4&slug=shop-by-occasion&order=ta&rows=12&rows=12&occasion_ids=Mothers Day,

My favourite is Mum's hand kit, which unfortunately I cannot get a picture of, but it's £1.99.

You can never go wrong with chocolates and flowers either.

What are your Mothers Day gift ideas?!

Peace Out.

Review: Cutie Pitutie B&B

*
Hey everyone.

The lovely Tina of Cutie Pitutie B&B was nice enough to send me some products to try and review.

Firstly I tried the Shea Lip Butter:

My lips have been very dry and sore lately which is unusual, so when I had this I jumped at the chance of using it. It is very luxurious and smooth, it has really helped my lips. It leaves a glossy shine and smells divine.

Next is the Scent Stix:

This has to be my favourite product out of them all. The scent stix is an easy way to freshen up with taking perfume with you (which can be quite a hassle). It has such a sweetie scent which is perfect for a girlie girl like myself. I like to please this on my wrists just as a freshen up, it also lasts for longer than 3 hours.

Silk Shea Hand & Body Cream:

This is a gorgeous body lotion, it's really soothing to the skin, it's creamy but not too thick. I used this after I shaved and it left my legs feeling silky and smooth. Perfect.

Chocolate Exfoliant and Mask:

A double duty product and smells of chocolate?.. Brilliant. This product is fab! You take two teaspoons of the powder and keep adding small amounts of water until the desired consistency, place onto the place for 10 and when you're placing it onto your face rub in circular motions to exfoliate. I love this product, think it would only suit certain people.

Overall I loved all these products and thank you to Cutie Pitutie for sending them to me.

Be sure to check out their website- http://t.co/IXK6RirCPc

What are your favourite body products?!

Peace Out.

Review: Rimmel Stay Matte Powder

Hey everyone.

Rimmel's Stay Matte powders have been a huge love of most beauty lovers including myself.

I have this powder in 'Translucent' and I fell in love with it from the first time I used it.
I had never used a translucent powder before so I always thought I'd have to always wear foundation underneath it..How wrong I was.

If I put my usual concealer routine on and apply this powder over the top I find I get a lovely natural looking look, with a good amount of coverage.

I apply the powder with either a big fluffy brush or a powder puff.

I really recommend this product, whether you're on a budget or not as it's only £3.99.

What is your favourite Rimmel product?

Peace Out.
